Operating in the industrial sector, it enjoys sales of c.£100m per annum and it has a successful track record of delivering projects in over 100 countries.
The company is looking for a highly motivated Operations Executive to support a growing international sales team.
As part of a dynamic multi-lingual team, the International Operations Executive plays a key role in supporting sales executives and business developers, as well as in delivering an industry leading customer service experience. Operating in a fast-paced environment, the International Operations Executive provides full support to sales personnel in all day-to-day activities, including, but not limited to, quotations and order processing, logistics and transportation, documentation, and other aspects of the business to ensure a smooth transition from order to delivery.
Successful candidates will have strong organization and planning skills. They will enjoy following all tasks through to completion, taking responsibility for meeting and exceeding clients’ expectations, and will demonstrate acute attention to detail. Good communication skills (written and spoken English) are crucial, telephone manners and a high level of numeracy are essential. Candidates will have a positive attitude and be able to work well under pressure as the role requires dealing with numerous time-sensitive activities, sometimes simultaneously.
Previous export and/or administrative experience is required. A sales and back-office support background would be an advantage, as would be fluency in foreign languages.
