Customer Operations Administrator

Due to the rapid growth and take up of an exceptional product, one of the UK largest telecommunication companies are seeking an Implementation Administrator to join their Customer Operations team. 

Reporting to the Senior Customer Services Manager, you will be offering administrative support to the Customer Opertations team helping them to maintain excellent customer satisfaction standards and service.

Responsibilities:

  • Data entry, updating sales orders onto our CRM systems.
  • Back office operational Support
  • Assist with implementation queries and tasks
  • Jeopardy and incident management on orders.
  • Work on company re-sign contracts.
  • Internal point of contact during implementation phase.

Skills/Experience:

Excellent presentation and communication skills as they will be working with the senior leadership teams. Accuracy and a good eye for detail to spot discrepancies are an absolute must for this role. You must be self-motivated and focused so you are able to maintain consistently high levels of accurate work and output whilst working in a repetitive role. A flexible attitude with a strong team spirit are required.

  • Telecoms background highly desirable
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work as a team and on own initiative
  • Advanced Excel skills
